A glamorous Fashion Show & Gala took place to commemorate the 24th season of Vancouver Fashion Week, and there was no shortage of beautiful new designs, multiculturalism and emerging talent! Beautiful people dressed in cutting-edge designs flocked around the White Steinway to have their picture taken as they entered VFW’s enormous and visually stunning tent at the Queen Elizabeth Plaza. It was the perfect display piece to complement such elegant fashions. After some time was spent mingling and enjoying cocktails, everyone was treated to a preview of over 40 of the 70 designers showing their seasonal collections. The fashion show was divided into two parts, and during the intermission, speeches were held and beautiful music was played on the limited edition Art Deco Steinway by international pianist, Alina Kozlovskata from London. Afterwards, more designs were displayed and as everyone made their way to the exit people couldn't resist posing once again in front of the Steinway. We can’t wait to see what other designs will be unveiled this week!
