The Historic Steinway Hall Tour Across from Carnegie Hall in Manhattan New York is the Steinway Hall. Surrounded by construction blocks, its entrance was hardly noticeable.  In the midst of pouring rain and snow, we entered this historical building.  The marvelous paintings and the beautiful chandelier from the rotunda has drawn our attention.  Walking down the hallways are showrooms with different models of Steinway Grand pianos.  Photos of famous Steinway Artists are posted on the walls of the showrooms.  Upstairs are the rehearsal rooms and a mini-recital hall.  The history of Steinway and Sons are displayed inside the showrooms.  As I was signing my name on the guest book, I realized this place will be history as it has been sold and this hall will move to somewhere else in the next couple of months.
