Designed to deliver professional-quality audio, the 12" Peavey PVXp 12 Bluetooth is a highly flexible, easy to use, 980W powered portable PA speaker for today's working musicians, singer/songwriters, mobile DJs, and other sound providers. The speaker works in a variety of orientations and configurations for use as a main PA or stage monitor. The built-in Bluetooth module allows for streaming and app control for dialing in your best sound wirelessly from anywhere in the room.

The rear panel features two combo XLR-1/4" inputs and a 3.5mm aux input. Stream audio from your favorite device to the Bluetooth input on channel 3 of the mixer. An XLR output offers a mix output of all channels or a thru output from channel one. The built-in LCD display and push-button data wheel allow you to select and program the internal DSP for locations, modes, and other functions. The 980W amplifier delivers 840W to the 12" woofer and 140W to the compression driver, which combine for a frequency response of 63 Hz to 20 kHz and an SPL of 127 dB. The PVXp 12 Bluetooth features 16 fly points and includes a power cord.

Modes

• Normal: Provides the flattest frequency response
• Live: Provides a slight boost at the frequency extremes and some midrange EQ
• Club: Provides more boosts at the frequency extremes, with the emphasis on some extra bass, and with some upper midrange EQ
• Speech: Rolls off the frequency extremes, and provides a boost in the presence range for improved vocal intelligibility

Location

• Pole: Provides slight bass boost to compensate for the speaker system being away from any boundaries such as a wall or corner. It assumes that the speaker system is at least 6 feet or more off the ground on a pole or stand
• Bracket: For nominal wall placement of the speaker system. This location setting provides a nominally flat response in the bass under anechoic conditions. This combined with the Normal mode Preset provides the very flattest response the speaker is capable of
• Monitor: Corrects for the bass boost that floor placement provides, by slightly reducing the overall bass level to compensate

EQ Profiles

The three location settings along with the four Presets provide for 12 different EQ profiles that are repeatable and precise. These coupled with the Channel EQ (Low, Mid, and High band EQ) provide for thousands of repeatable and precise EQ settings available to the end user.
