Experience the pure, uncolored kick tone of the world's first large-diaphragm condenser mic designed specifically for kick drums with the Austrian Audio OC-B6. Sporting a 1" true condenser capsule, which has been specially tuned for handling extremely high SPLs up to 170 dB, the OC-B6 delivers consistent results from any mic position, whether inside or outside the shell.

A fixed 25 Hz subsonic filter helps to eliminate unwanted rumble, allowing you to get a pure bass drum tone that does not need any pre-EQ processing. The 220° swivel head allows for perfect, effortless positioning. The mic is compact and robust and features an integrated mic thread—no mic clip required. Each OC-B6 is handcrafted in Vienna, Austria.

Integral to the performance of the OC-B6 is the CKR6-B capsule, which has been specially designed to withstand the high SPLs of a kick drum whilst delivering a pure, uncolored kick tone.
