Designed for solo creators who need professional audio capture on the go, the 1-Person Profile Wireless is a wireless microphone system for one on-camera personality that combines high-quality sound, internal backup recording, and seamless camera and mobile device integration. Built around a single clip-on mic/transmitter and a dual-channel receiver, the system offers clear, reliable wireless audio at up to 800’ line-of-sight and includes essential accessories for DSLR, smartphone, and laptop recording. Like its two-channel counterpart, the Profile 1-Person system arrives pre-paired and app-free, allowing users of all experience levels to record confidently with Sennheiser’s signature sound and 32-bit float "no-clip" backup recording capabilities.

One Miniature Wireless Clip-On Mic with 32-Bit Float Backup Recording

• Attach the lightweight mic/transmitter using the integrated clip or included magnet mount. A threaded socket on the clip supports desktop or stand mounting.
• The built-in omnidirectional microphone captures sound evenly in all directions, delivering consistent audio, even if your subject turns away or positioning shifts.
• The transmitter includes 16GB of internal memory for up to 30 hours of recording, providing backup takes at 32-bit float / 48 kHz resolutions for worry-free wireless. 32-bit float recording means you never have to worry about digital clipping. In addition, low-level recordings can be normalized to usable levels without adding noise.
• Backup recording can start manually or automatically if the wireless signal weakens.
• A lockable 3.5mm input jack with plug-in power supports optional lavalier microphones, offering a more discreet mic solution when needed.
• A furry windscreen is included to suppress wind noise while maintaining a clean, unobtrusive look.

Compact Dual-Channel Receiver for Mobile and Camera Use

• The ultracompact receiver mounts easily on DSLR and mirrorless cameras using the included 1/4”-20 adapter, or connects to mobile devices and laptops via USB-C and Lightning adapters.
• Choose between analog 3.5mm output or 24-bit / 48 kHz digital output for flexible device compatibility. A second 3.5mm jack supports headphone monitoring.
• Three output modes offer versatility:
  • Stereo Mode routes audio to the left channel, reserving the right for future expansion with a second mic.
  • Mono Mode sends a summed signal to both channels.
  • Safety Channel Mode outputs a full-level signal to the left and a lower-level backup to the right to protect against clipping.
• The receiver’s OLED touchscreen shows real-time audio levels and battery status, auto-rotating for easy viewing in any orientation.
• Use the touchscreen and multifunction button to remotely adjust mic gain, engage low-cut filtering, mute, or manage internal recording—no need to touch the transmitter. 

Expandable System with All Accessories Included

• The built-in rechargeable batteries provide up to 7 hours of runtime per component.
• The included accessories—cold shoe adapter, USB-C and Lightning connectors, clothing magnet, mic clip, and pouch—ensure seamless integration with your gear and workflow.
• Add a second transmitter and charging bar (each sold separately) to transform the system into a two-mic configuration with handheld and desktop functionality.
