Precise sound distribution thanks to Curved Column technology

Inside the column element, six 2.5-inch neodymium midrange drivers operate in a specially developed Curved Column arrangement. This ensures particularly even sound distribution with wide dispersion angles of 120° horizontally and 45° vertically. The result is clear and homogeneous sound coverage – even in acoustically challenging or low-ceilinged rooms, and with an audience seated in various positions. Even at close range, speech intelligibility and sound quality remain excellent at all times.

Powerful, precise bass in a compact format

The compact, integrated 8" subwoofer delivers impressive bass performance. The metal-reinforced, low-resonance plastic enclosure minimises unwanted vibrations and ensures a dry, precise low-frequency response.

Powerful amplifier for maximum dynamics

The integrated 1,200 W Class D amplifier offers high power reserves while maintaining low weight and high efficiency. This enables the POLAR 8 MK2 to achieve distortion-free, balanced sound reproduction with impressive dynamics, even at high volumes.

Intelligent sound control via our new Contour control

A key feature of the POLAR 8 MK2 is the newly developed Contour control. This allows for seamless adjustment of the sound between the DJ, Music and Voice presets. Unlike fixed presets, this continuous control allows for particularly precise sound tuning – from clearly intelligible speech reproduction to a powerful DJ sound. This means the system can be optimally adapted to any situation and personal taste.

High-resolution DSP for maximum sound quality

The integrated 24-bit DSP ensures precise digital signal processing with high resolution. This enables the system to achieve exceptional clarity, detail and dynamics. This is supported by a multiband limiter that specifically intervenes only in the frequency ranges which are reaching their performance limits. As a result, the overall sound remains stable, balanced and natural even at maximum volume – without audible distortion or pumping effects.

Integrated mixing console – maximum flexibility

The POLAR 8 MK2 features an integrated 3-channel mixing console with two mic/line inputs and an aux/Bluetooth channel. This allows microphones, instruments, DJ equipment or external audio sources to be connected directly – an external mixing console is not required in most applications.

Bluetooth streaming and True Wireless Stereo

With Bluetooth 5 audio streaming, the system offers a stable, high-quality wireless connection. Using True Wireless Stereo (TWS), two POLAR 8 MK2 systems can be paired wirelessly and operated as a true stereo setup – without any additional cables.

Well-thought-out design for easy, safe transport

The POLAR 8 MK2 impresses not only with its sound quality but also with its high practicality for everyday use. A carry bag for the column elements and a transport case for the subwoofer are included as standard. The entire system is quick to set up, easy to transport and ideally suited for mobile applications.
