Standalone Power with MPC 3.7 OS
MPC XL operates as a fully standalone hardware system with no computer required. The MPC 3.7 OS provides a streamlined, performance-first workflow with support for up to 32 plug-in instruments, 16 audio tracks, and up to 256 simultaneous voices, allowing complex productions to run smoothly within a single unit.
Advanced Processing and Storage
At its core, MPC XL features a Gen 2 8-core processor delivering four times the processing power of previous MPC models, paired with 16GB of RAM for running multiple plug-ins simultaneously. A built-in 256GB internal SSD provides ample storage for projects, instruments, samples, and presets.
Expressive Performance Control
Ultra-responsive MPCe pads with 3D-sensing technology deliver expressive, dynamic performance response. An assignable performance touch-strip adds tactile control for creative modulation, while a dedicated step sequencer with 16 RGB function buttons enables fast, intuitive pattern creation.
Hands-On Workflow and Visual Feedback
MPC XL is built for immediate, hands-on operation with 16 Q-Link knobs featuring OLED displays, an XL channel strip command section with OLED feedback, and one-to-one surface control parameter buttons for faster navigation. A 10.1" color HD multi-gesture touchscreen provides direct visual control over sequencing, sampling, and mixing.
Professional Connectivity and Integration
Designed for studio and modular environments, MPC XL offers eight separate line outputs for external routing, two dedicated instrument inputs for guitars and keyboards, and two XLR/TRS combo inputs with mic preamps for high-quality recordings. USB-C connectivity supports up to 24 channels of audio I/O and smart devices, while eight stereo 3.5mm CV/Gate outputs provide 16 CV outputs for controlling modular and analog gear.
