Due to the recently ended Canada Post workers’ strike, all deliveries may be delayed due to high volumes. We are working with alternate couriers to minimize disruptions and will contact you if further action is required.

Ensure your gifts arrive on time! These are the final recommended dates for shipping:

Important Holiday Shipping Tips

• Check delivery estimates: Estimated delivery times are visible in your shopping cart before checkout (applies to in-stock items only)
• Track your order: Delivery estimates are valid only after a tracking number has been issued.
• Plan for delays: Most couriers do not operate on weekends or holidays (some exceptions apply).
• Payment processing: Allow one business day for payment processing (for orders placed before 8:00 PM PT)
• Weather and courier delays: Due to increased courier traffic offset by the CP workers strike as well as unpredictable weather, deliveries delayed by couriers are not guaranteed to arrive by December 24th.
