Customer Service Assistant for a Music Instrument Retail Store
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to work in our Vancouver downtown piano sales department.
Responsibilities:
Work assigned tasks by the Sales Director
Maintain sales records, paper work and after sale service scheduling
Communicate with customers
Work as a member of a team
Education requirement:
Have a Canadian university degree
Skill requirements:
Computer (Microsoft office software), mobile devices apps and social media usage
English and Mandarin fluency
Driver’s license
Other Requirements:
Detailed oriented
Time management
Fast learner
Comfortable dealing with customers
Able to multi-tasking
COVID-19 considerations:
To keep our staff and customers safe, we require staff to wear face coverings, have temperature checks at start of shift and practice regular hand washing. We have installed plastic barriers and hand sanitizer.
